Dear LA County Sector Partners,
All attendees at Indoor Mega Events (1,000+) must continue to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a pre-entry (diagnostic) test result prior to entry. Children under age 2 are exempt.
Effective October 7, 2021 (11:59 p.m.), all attendees ages 12 years and older at Outdoor Mega Events (10,000+) must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a pre-entry (diagnostic) negative test result prior to entry. All attendees must wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. Outdoor Mega Event operators must prominently place information of all communications, including reservation and ticketing systems, to ensure guests are aware of both the County Health Officer's Order that all persons must wear a face mask while in attendance and the County Health Office requirement that all attendees, ages 12 and older, either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain a negative COVID-19 viral test prior to attending the event.
Beginning November 1, 2021, Outdoor Mega Event operators are required to cross-check proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 viral test results against a photo ID for all attendees who are 18 years of age or older. Operators are to make face masks available for all attendees.

Every year on the Fourth of July, we gather for cookouts, fireworks, parades, and family celebrations.
And we should.
America’s birthday is worth celebrating.
But somewhere between the burgers and the fireworks, it’s important to remember what we’re actually celebrating.
Freedom.
Not comfort.
Not convenience.
Freedom.
The freedom to speak our minds.
The freedom to worship as we choose.
The freedom to build a life according to our own values.
The freedom to disagree.
The freedom to dream.
The freedom to fail and try again.
None of those freedoms happened by accident.
And none of them came without sacrifice.
Generations of Americans have served, fought, worked, struggled, and sacrificed to preserve the liberties we often take for granted.
Some paid with years of their lives.
Some paid with their health.
Some paid the ultimate price.
That’s why I believe Independence Day should be more than a party.
It should also be a reminder.
Because freedom isn’t something you inherit and forget about.
It’s something you protect.
Something you value.
Something you refuse...
We all know why the democrats won't be voting for this act! That would mean they would vote themselves out of money, power and a job! None of them could ever make the money they are stealing from the American tax payers. Most of them are not smart enough to land a legit job!!! The truth hurts!
